Upper Midwest (Wisconsin and Minnesota) based artist, inspired by nature and the creative process itself. Intuitively expressing myself through art has always been my vibe. I was always the kid in class people wanted in their group projects for designing/creating visually appealing content.
I love using what I have around me in a new and creative way. Mixed media speaks to me, allowing the repurposing of "old" to become "new". In addition to mixed media (usually on stretched canvas) I am also making my bic pen sketches come to life this year...many prints will be made available this year!
I am inspired by the natural world around me everyday. The trees, rocks, sky, and landscapes I have seen throughout my life have left impressions on my heart that sometimes only my art can express. Empty pages become visual representations of the lasting memories I have collected throughout my life exploring the Midwest and beyond.
